Workout Blues...


Ok so today I really really felt like NOT working out. Everything hurts, I am in pain and sore, but I also know these are the moments that define me. I can choose to not work out, but then I'd be choosing to go back to my old ways, to feeling groggy, tired and sick. So hard as it may be, I gave myself a few minutes, got up and did it!
I worked out with Jillian Michaels for 20 non stop minutes and got my butt kicked!
YOU can do it! Just make the decision that you will not stop no matter what! Keep going until you reach your goal ..whatever that may be!
I mean, if I can do it, you can do it.
A month ago I would have just stayed in bed eating cookies and watching tv...but I am not that person anymore! I've decided to change for the better and that includes sacrifice.
